SPECIAL AUTOMOTIVE AFTERMARKET INDUSTRY BENCHMARKING PROGRAM

SCC invites AAIA members to participate in a first-of-its-kind supply chain benchmarking program for the aftermarket industry. The benchmarking study leverages SCORmark, Supply Chain Council's benchmarking program based on the internationally recognized Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR^®) model. The initiative will allow participants to identify gaps between current performance and strategic targets, and help them develop company-specific roadmaps and market-based goals for supply chain improvement.

There is no charge to participate in the AAIA/SCC supply chain benchmarking program. Individual company data will be maintained by a third party with absolute confidentiality. Benchmarking results will only be reported in aggregate form.

After submitting metrics for their supply chains, participants will receive a detailed report that presents their performance relative to global medians and percentiles. After sufficient industry-specific data has been submitted, this comparison will be followed by a special benchmarking report that will only be available to AAIA benchmarking participants.

SCOR Training Discounts
Real supply chain improvement doesn't happen overnight. We think it takes two days. Supply Chain Council provides training to help our members understand the frameworks and how to use them. SCOR-P certification
Upon completion of both Framework and Project training, AAIA members are eligible to take the SCOR-P certification exam. The SCOR Professional (SCOR-P) certification program creates a consistent global standard for excellence in using SCOR.
