Submit an application
To initiate the formal application process, university faculty is requested to submit a formal application. This allows us to collect the full contact data and university information. Additional membership fees apply for universities that are not currently Supply Chain Council members. |
|
| 3 |
Submit supporting documentation
SCC staff will provide a listing of the supporting documentation required for the application. An on-boarding committee will review each application to ensure program requirements are met. The supporting documentation will be used to support this review process. |
|
| 4 |
Receive, review and sign agreement
The on-boarding committee will review each application. Once the on-boarding committee finds all program requirements are satisfied, SCC will send an agreement for review. Please sign and return to Supply Chain Council. |

| 5 |
Formalize the schedule
SCC staff and university faculty will agree on the schedule of events and milestones per semester. Events to be agreed upon include: Lecture date, examination date, registration start and end dates, and examination results publishing date. |
|
| 6 |
Submit payment
SCC staff will send an invoice for the annual program fees. These fees are based on the number of students (Minimum 20 students per semester). Universities providing their own SCC qualified instructor will receive a discount per lecture per semester. |
Instructor qualification process |
Steps 1 through 3 are required for first-time application only. Steps 4 through 6 must be repeated annually as part of the annual program renewal. Supply Chain Council reserves the right to audit all examinations without advance notice. Audited examinations not meeting the required minimal testing standards may result in all candidates failing the exam and will require the university to re-apply and resubmit supporting documentation.
Schedule of events/milestones
Upon the completion of the enrollment, the agreed schedule will be executed by Supply Chain Council and the university. The table below highlights the most critical events and milestones. The sequence of these events may differ based on the agreed schedule in the fifth step above.
