The Customer Chain SIG focuses on the application of the CCOR (SCOR for Sales & Support Operations) model in the field of sales & support operations. Members of this group are invited to discuss CCOR applications. Supply Chain Council is interested in any case studies you may have to share (in public or to a technical review audience).
