The SCOR Convergence Special Interest Group (SIG) brings together members interested in the synergies of methods and tools like Six Sigma, Lean and SCOR. The SIG has developed training materials developed for organizations that want to understand how to combine existing techniques and tools (Lean, Six Sigma and SCOR) in projects. SCOR, Six Sigma and Lean have proven to augment each other bt may compete for resources if an organization fails to recognize the need for an integrated approach for business improvement.
