Supply Chain Council recognizes 4 membership types. Corporate Global, Corporate Single Chapter, Small Business and Non-profit organizations. Non-profit membership is open to registered non-profit organizations only; this includes universities and government agencies. Small Business membership is available to companies with less than 50 employees worldwide. Corporate (Global and Single Chapter) memberships are open to all companies, where Gobal membership provides access to Supply Chain Council membership benefits world wide. A single chapter membership is limited to the chapter selected at time of registration or renewal. The table below summarizes the benefits of these membership types.
Corporate Global membership
Corporate Global membership is open to all companies worldwide. There are no limitations for discounts and benefits globally. A global membership provides voting rights (1 vote) for Supply Chain Council global elections/voting AND voting rights for chapter elections/voting for each chapter, as long as membership is current at the time of voting/election announcement and time of voting/election (1 vote in each chapter election/voting). The member company shall appoint one employee ("primary contact") for global and chapter votes and elections AND may appoint one voting employee for each chapter. The member company shall appoint one employee ("billing contact") to support the annual membership renewal, all dues for global members should be submitted by the billing contact. All employees of the member may register for a user account for the SCC websites with full access to member-only content. All employees of the member are eligible to receive member pricing for events worldwide. Click Join and select Global membership.
Corporate Single Chapter membership
A Corporate Single Chapter membership is open to all companies in the geographic region of the chapter. A Corporate Single Chapter membership is linked to one (1) Supply Chain Council chapter ("chapter"). The chapter is chosen at time of initial registration (and can be modified at time of annual renewal). A standard membership provides voting rights (1 vote) for Supply Chain Council global elections/voting AND voting rights (1 vote) for chapter elections/voting in the chapter the company is registered with. The member company shall appoint one employee ("primary contact") for both global and chapter votes and elections. The member company shall appoint one employee ("billing contact") to support the annual membership renewal. All employees of the member may register for a user account for the SCC websites with full access to member-only content. All employees of the member are eligible to receive member pricing for events in the chapter the company is a member of. Click Join and select the desired Chapter in the left column.
Small Business membership
Small Business membership is open to all companies worldwide with less than 50 employees. A SME membership is linked to one (1) Supply Chain Council chapter ("chapter"). The chapter is chosen at time of initial registration (and can be modified at time of annual renewal). A SME membership provides voting rights (1 vote) for Supply Chain Council global elections/voting AND voting rights (1 vote) for chapter elections/voting for the chapter the company is a member of. The company shall appoint one employee ("primary contact") for both global and chapter votes and elections. The member company shall appoint one employee ("billing contact") to support the annual membership renewal. All employees of the member may register for a user account for the SCC websites with full access to member-only content. All employees of the member are eligible to receive member pricing for events in the chapter the company is a member of. SCC may limit benefits for Small Business members at it's discretion. Research (Non-profit) membership
Research (Non-profit) membership is open to companies and organizations worldwide that are registered non-profit organizations, academic institutions, or government agencies and is intended to serve as a research subscription. A non-profit membership is linked to one (1) Supply Chain Council chapter ("chapter"). The chapter is chosen at time of initial registration (and can be modified at time of annual renewal). A Research membership provides voting rights (1 vote) for Supply Chain Council global elections/voting and voting rights (1 vote) for chapter elections and voting for the chapter the company is a member of. The company shall appoint one employee ("primary contact"). The member company shall appoint one employee ("billing contact") to support the annual membership renewal. All staff of a non-profit member organization may register for a user account for the SCC websites with full access to member-only content. All staff of the non-profit member organization are eligible to receive member pricing for events in the chapter the company is a member of. Students of academic non-profit members may register a user account for the SCC websites and are eligible for member pricing for events (including training) in the chapter the academic non-profit organization is a member of.
