This initiative will help operations managers in the automotive aftermarket leverage the Supply Chain Operations Reference model (SCOR®) to drive long-term improvements in the end-to-end supply chains of their companies.

Key deliverables of the Industry Group will include:

• A clear definition of the automotive aftermarket supply chain including typical material and information flows
• Common metric definitions for industry benchmarking
• Industry-specific best practices aligned with the SCOR framework
• A deeper understanding of the most effective supply chain strategies and performance tradeoffs.
