Agilent Technologies uses SCOR/Lean/Six Sigma framework to streamline $2 billion supply chain

Agilent Technologies, a $5.4 billion Fortune 500 global manufacturer providing bioanalytical and electronic measurement solutions in 110 countries, has achieved significant results in year one of a three-year supply chain transformation. Using SCOR Lean Sigma converged models, they have delivered a 32% lead time reduction, lowered inventory levels by $16 million, and improved productivity 21% year-on-year. (Case study attached).
